TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Trading terms are STRICTLY NETT 30DAYS.
   Payment is due 30 days from date of invoice.
   All goods remain the property of SHL Mesh Distributors Pty Ltd until PAID FOR IN FULL in cash or by cleared funds (cheque or electronic banking).
   Please read the trading terms on our Credit Application form.
2. SHL Mesh Distributors Pty Ltd reserves the right to change prices and specifications WITHOUT notice.
3. SHL Mesh Distributors Pty Ltd may, at its discretion, charge a delivery/administration fee on orders if it does not meet minimum order quantity or minimum invoice amount. Please feel free to call for order enquiries.

1. Claims for damages and shortages MUST be made directly to SHL Mesh Distributors Pty Ltd within 7 days of delivery.
   ALL OTHER CLAIMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
2. All prices are exclusive of GST.
